Production statuses

Settings → Workflow → Production Statuses defines the stages a job moves through — these become the columns on your job-tracking board, in the order and colours you set here.

Figure 1 — Production Statuses. (1) Each status has a colour (what shows on the board) and a name. (2) Drag to reorder — the board columns follow the sequence.

1. Add Status to create a stage.
2. Give it a name and pick a colour.
3. Drag rows into the order jobs should flow.
4. Deactivate (via edit) to retire a stage without losing history.

Good to know

• Order = board columns — the sequence here is the left-to-right column order.
• Colours are your visual shorthand — keep them consistent (e.g. green = ready).
