Opening the calendar

The calendar is where you book Leads in. Here is exactly how to get to it on your computer.

1. Open your web browser — the program you use for the internet (its icon might be a colourful circle or a small compass). Click it once from the bar at the bottom of your screen.
2. Go to the BUZ Leads area. There are a few ways:
   • Click Sales then Leads from the top menu bar.
   • Click Quick Links, then New Lead or Calendar.
   • Click the NEW LEAD or CALENDAR button on the main dashboard.
3. You land on the calendar. It is the home screen of the Leads area. If you ever wander off, click Calendar in the white bar near the top to come back.

Use a computer for this screen

The calendar is designed for a computer with a mouse. If you open it on a phone, BUZ sends you to My Day instead (the phone-friendly version). To force the calendar on a phone, add ?desktop=1 to the end of the address — but a computer is far easier.
