Installers

Settings → Organisation → Installers manages the people who fit and deliver your jobs. Their settings feed dispatch and scheduling — including buffer time between jobs and whether they handle pickups or deliveries.

1. Add an installer or ✎ to edit.
2. Enter Code and Name, plus branch and contact details.
3. Set Time Between Jobs (mins) so the scheduler leaves travel time.
4. Turn on Pickup Installer and/or Delivery Installer as appropriate, then Save.

Good to know

• Time between jobs prevents over-booking — it’s the gap the scheduler leaves after each job.
• Pickup vs delivery controls which dispatch runs this installer appears for.
• Working days (further down the form) keep them off the schedule on their days off.
