My Day — on the phone
A Follow-ups due band at the top of today, listing anything due today or overdue. Overdue rows are marked in red.
A follow-up is a note-to-self with a date on it: ring the Hendersons back on Thursday. You log it while you’re on the account, and BUZ keeps showing it to you until someone marks it done.
Use the activity composer — the bar at the top of an activity feed. You’ll find it on the Account 360, in the Activity section of the lead edit screen, and at the foot of an order’s Details drawer.
Where you logged it decides where it takes you later: log it on a lead and the follow-up opens that lead, log it on an order and it opens the order, log it on the account and it opens the account’s 360.
My Day — on the phone

The calendar — in the office
A Follow-ups bar between the view tabs and the calendar, covering the next 14 days, overdue included.
The dashboard
A My follow-ups tile — same 14-day window. It’s off until you add it (see below).
The calendar bar and the dashboard tile group what’s due into Overdue, Today and Upcoming, oldest first. Each row shows the due date, what you wrote, and the account it’s for.
The bar sits just above the calendar and starts collapsed, showing only a count — plus “N overdue” when something has slipped. Select it to open the list; BUZ remembers whether you like it open or closed. When you have nothing due, the bar isn’t there at all — a calendar with no follow-ups bar is good news, not a missing feature.
Selecting a follow-up that came from a lead opens that lead’s edit drawer without leaving the calendar, so you can act on it and carry on planning the week.
The My follow-ups tile ships switched off — add it once and it stays.
With nothing due, the tile reads “Nothing due in the next 14 days”.
On My Day, each row has a green Done button. Tap it and the row disappears — that’s the quickest way to clear the day’s list.
Elsewhere a completed follow-up keeps its place in the activity feed with a green Done tag, so the record of what you promised, and that you did it, stays on the account.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| The follow-ups bar has vanished from the calendar | You have nothing due — it hides itself when the list is empty. |
| I can’t see a colleague’s follow-ups | The lists are personal. Every surface shows only what you logged. |
| Nothing on the dashboard | The tile is opt-in — add My Follow-ups from Arrange tiles → Widgets and save the layout. |
| My Day is empty but the calendar bar isn’t | My Day shows today and overdue only; the calendar and the dashboard look 14 days ahead. |
| I logged it but no reminder came | It probably has no due date. Log a new one with a date. |
| A follow-up opens the wrong screen | It opens whatever it was logged against — a lead, an order, or the account. Log it from the record you want to land on. |
