Work In Progress answers “what have we got on?” — every live job, its production and install status, and the money attached to it.

Note it has no date filter. It’s a snapshot of what’s open right now, not a period report.

How to read it

The three questions it answers

• What’s stuck? Sort by Accepted Date — the oldest rows at the top have been open longest.
• What’s unscheduled? Look for rows with an empty Scheduled or Installer.
• What’s it worth? Total Amt Ex Tax for the value of your open book.

• An old accepted date with an early production status is the classic warning sign.
• Filter by Order Status to see one stage at a time.
