Installation statuses

Settings → Workflow → Installation Statuses defines the stages an install moves through — the columns on your dispatch board, with the colours and order you set here.

Figure 1 — Installation Statuses. (1) Each status has a colour and name; drag to reorder. This mirrors Production Statuses but drives the dispatch board instead of job tracking.

1. Add Status to create a stage.
2. Name it and pick a colour.
3. Drag into the order installs should flow.
4. Deactivate (via edit) to retire one without losing history.

Good to know

• Order = dispatch columns — the sequence is the board’s left-to-right order.
• Keep colours consistent with your production statuses so the two boards read the same way.
