Settings → Organisation → Disclaimer Info holds the long-form disclaimer BUZ prints at the bottom of customer-facing documents — quotes, invoices and the like. It has its own rich-text editor so you can format it properly.

Good to know

• It appears on documents automatically — whatever you save here prints on quotes, invoices and other customer documents.
• Keep it current — payment terms, warranty and validity wording all live here, so review it when your terms change.
• Save is separate — this page has its own Save Disclaimer button, independent of the main Organisation page.
