Using your day

Here’s how to do the everyday things on My Day.

Call the customer

Tap the green Call button (or the phone icon on a card). Your phone dials the customer straight away.

Get directions

Tap the blue Directions button. Google Maps opens with the customer’s address ready to drive.

Change the status

Tap the small status chip on a card, then pick the new stage — e.g. change “Booked” to “Won”. It saves instantly.

Look at another day

Tap the arrows either side of the date. Tap Back to today to jump straight back.

See an appointment’s full details

  1. Tap the appointment card. A full-screen sheet opens with everything about that job.
  2. Change what you need — the details or the status, just like on the computer.
  3. Tap Save. Your changes are kept and the list updates.

The whole-day driving route

If your day has two or more stops with addresses, a blue Open route in Google Maps button appears at the top. Tap it to open every stop, in time order, as one trip.
