Reports
BUZ ships with a set of built-in reports covering sales, leads, workflow and finance. Open them from the Reports area of BUZ, choose a report, set its parameters, then Run Report.

- Sales Orders By Date — the main sales report. Also serves as the commission, gross-profit and price-match variance report.
- Sales Analysis — sales filtered by rep, order type, order status and date.
- Sales Conversions by Sales Representative — win/loss counts, conversion rate and average sale value per rep.
- Sales Conversions by Product — which products win and which get lost.
- Products Analysis — product sales, plus the same data grouped by Branch, by Customer, by Report Category and by Sales Rep.
- Top Materials Ordered — the most-ordered materials by quantity, value and order count.
- Leads Analysis (Detailed) — lead status by rep, line by line.
- Leads Analysis (Summary) — the same information summarised by rep.
- Leads Analysis by Branch — lead volume summarised by branch.
- Leads Sources — which marketing is producing enquiries.
- Lead Conversions by Sales Representative — leads that became orders, per rep.
- Lead Conversions by Branch — the same, per branch.
- Follow-ups Overdue — quotes past their follow-up date.
Workflow
Section titled “Workflow”- Work In Progress — every open job and where it’s up to. No date filter — it’s a live snapshot.
- Jobs Schedule (Summary) — the production run-sheet.
- Jobs Schedule (Detailed) — production schedule at line-item level.
- Jobs Schedule (Shutters) — shutter production, with SQM.
- Completed Job Lines Levels — what production actually finished.
- Dispatch Schedule — install and delivery worksheet, with amounts owing.
- Dispatch Schedule (Detailed) — the installer’s run sheet.
Financial
Section titled “Financial”- Banking Transactions Summary — the payments making up your banking deposit slips. Blank until deposit slips have been created.
- Deposits Held — customer deposits held against orders.
- Aged Receivables — outstanding customer balances by age.
Beyond the built-in reports
Section titled “Beyond the built-in reports”If you need to slice the data your own way, connect BUZ’s OData feed to Excel or Power BI. The OData table headings reference lists the columns each report exposes.
