Reports
BUZ ships with a set of built-in reports covering sales, workflow, and finance. Open them from the Reports area of BUZ, choose a report, then set its filters (date range, reps, statuses, and so on) before running it.
Reports that have their own detailed help page are linked below.
- Leads Analysis (Detailed) — lead status by rep, line by line.
- Leads Analysis (Summary) — the same information summarised by rep.
- Leads Analysis by Branch (Summary) — lead status summarised by branch.
- Sales Analysis — sales filtered by rep, order type, order status, and date. Also serves as the commissions, gross-profit, and variance report.
- Products Analysis — product report by inventory group and order status.
- Products Analysis by Report Category — products grouped by report category.
- Products Analysis by Branch — products grouped by branch.
- Products Analysis by Customer — products grouped by customer.
- Products Analysis by Sales Rep — products grouped by rep.
- Leads Sources — marketing-source report to show which marketing is converting.
- Leads Conversions by Sales Representative — conversion rates by rep.
- Leads Conversions by Branch — conversion rates by branch.
- Top 10 Materials Ordered — the most-ordered materials.
Workflow
Section titled “Workflow”- Jobs Schedule (Detailed) — full production schedule detail.
- Jobs Schedule (Summary) — summarised production schedule.
- Jobs Schedule (Summary) (Shutters) — production schedule summarised for shutters.
- Job Lines Levels — production line/level breakdown.
- Dispatch Schedule — worksheet of dispatches by options.
- Dispatch Schedule (Detailed) — detailed dispatch worksheet.
Financial
Section titled “Financial”- Aged Receivables — outstanding customer balances by age.
- Banking Transactions Summary — based on the banking deposit slips created in BUZ. It is blank until deposit slips have been created.
- Deposits Held — deposits recorded against orders.
Beyond the built-in reports
Section titled “Beyond the built-in reports”If you need to slice the data your own way, connect BUZ’s OData feed to Excel or Power BI. The OData table headings reference lists the columns each report exposes.
