Add an appointment on the phone

You can book a brand-new appointment right from My Day — handy when a customer asks you on the spot.

1. Tap the orange New lead button in the bottom-right corner. A full-screen form opens.
2. Fill in the same form as the computer — customer details, address, products, and the booking. See Book an appointment for what each box means.
3. Tap Save Appointment. The form closes, you see “Lead saved”, and the new appointment appears in your day.
