The My Day screen explained

Everything you need for the day fits on one screen.

The My Day phone screen: dark top bar, a Leads area, My Day heading, a Sales rep picker, a Today date picker, an Open route in Google Maps button, a yellow-bordered Next Up card with Call and Directions buttons, and a list of the day's appointments.

  1. Top bar. The menu button, BUZ logo, your alerts bell, and your account (tap the avatar to sign out).
  2. Sales rep. Which rep’s day you’re viewing. Tap to pick a different rep (if you’re allowed).
  3. Day picker. Arrows move to the day before or after. It says “Today”, “Tomorrow” or the date.
  4. Open route in Google Maps. Sends your whole day’s stops, in order, to Google Maps.
  5. “Next Up” card. Today only — your very next appointment, made big, with a countdown.
  6. Status. Tap it to change the job’s stage (e.g. mark it “Won”).
  7. Call & Directions. Big green and blue buttons — one phones the customer, the other opens directions.
  8. Appointment list. The rest of the day in time order, with call & directions icons. Past ones are greyed out.
  9. New lead button. The orange button, bottom-right, to add a brand-new appointment from your phone.
  10. Help button. The orange ? just above New lead — opens the in-app help articles.
