Private appointments, notes & printing
A few extra tools live in the toolbar (the row of round buttons).
The toolbar buttons
Section titled “The toolbar buttons”| Button | What it does |

| Map | Switches the calendar to the map view of your appointments, and back. |
| My Day | Opens the phone-friendly My Day view for out in the field. |
| Private — Rep | Blocks out personal time for a sales rep (lunch, leave, a meeting) so no one books over it. |
| Private — Installer | Same, but blocks out time for an installer. |
| Prints the schedule, or saves it as a PDF, Excel or Word file. |
Making a private appointment
Section titled “Making a private appointment”- Click the person (rep) or spanner (installer) button. A small window opens.
- Choose the person, the day and time, and type a subject — e.g. “Annual leave” or “Team meeting”.
- Save. It appears with a 🔒 lock and a dashed edge, so everyone knows that time is taken.
Day notes
Section titled “Day notes”A day note is a reminder pinned to a whole day for a rep or installer (not a specific time) — like “Warehouse closed” or “Cut-off for orders”. It shows as a gold 📌 banner in the all-day strip at the top of that day.
Printing the schedule
Section titled “Printing the schedule”- Click the Print button. A window lets you choose what to print and the format.
- Pick a format — PDF for a clean printout or email; Excel or Word to edit.
- Print or save — follow the prompt to send it to your printer or save the file.
