Connecting Xero means the invoices, payments and credit notes you raise in BUZ post straight into Xero — no double entry. From Settings → Integrations, choose Xero and connect, then map your accounts.

1. On the Integrations hub, pick Xero and click Connect.
2. Log in and authorise BUZ on Xero’s site — you’re returned here with a green Connected badge.
3. Click Manage mapping and pair each BUZ account with its Xero account.
4. Save mapping.

Map everything before you rely on sync

A highlighted/unmapped row silently holds back its transactions. Keeping your BUZ tax and GL codes aligned with your Xero chart makes mapping almost automatic. You authorise on Xero’s own login — BUZ never sees your password.
