System banner

Settings → Organisation → System Banner puts a coloured message across the top of BUZ for everyone in your organisation — handy for “system maintenance tonight” or “new price list in effect” notices.

Figure 1 — the System Banner settings. (1) The enabled toggle switches the banner on or off for everyone. (2) Set the message and a colour; the preview shows exactly what your team will see.

1. Turn Banner enabled on.
2. Type the Banner Message.
3. Pick a Banner Colour (amber for warnings, etc.) and check the preview.
4. Save Changes — the banner appears for all users immediately.

Good to know

• It’s org-wide — every user sees it, so keep it short and relevant.
• Turn it off when done — switch the toggle off once the notice is no longer needed rather than clearing the text.
